Private events, merriments, and special celebrations

Our specialty is small and intimate events, ones that include attention to the small details as well as the great. Together with you, we will create an event matched perfectly to your tastes and requirements, whether it be a business or personal event.

A day outside the office, social outings, and offsite events

The restaurant’s location is isolated, expansive, and sun-drenched. It faces the open scenery which encourages inspiration and allows for a unique workspace. It is possible to integrate into your workday a baking workshop, harvest, pasture trail, and, of course, a wonderful meal at our restaurant.

Together with you, we will tailor the day exactly to your needs, allowing you to maximise your time with us, whether that be in work, recreation, inspiration, or forging team spirit.

Private events

At our restaurant, it is possible to celebrate every beautiful event that this life has to offer. Intimate weddings, birthdays, bar mitzvahs, bat mitzvahs, and any other good reason to gather and celebrate.

We do not have a minimum number of guests. During the winter we are limited to 70 guests, and during the summer to 85. Our menu is expansive, varied, and tells our unique story.

Space to organize workshops

It is possible to integrate one of our workshops into an event or to hire our space and equipment to hold any kind of quiet workshop of your own.

Our workshops include:
Bread workshop – we will discuss and interact with the bread in its infinite and exciting domain. We will learn to knead, about the dough itself, the rising process, yeast, flavors, scents, history, and chemistry.
Fermentation workshop – the theory and practice of processing food and preserving it in accordance with taste and the laws of nature.
Pasture workshop – get to know the mountainside through a relaxed hike with our small herd of goats and learn and experience the process of yogurt making.
